Our farm was born in 2003 and since the first vintage, we have chosen to embrace the principles of organic farming, achieving the official certification in 2007.

We make wine exclusively from grapes harvested from our vineyards, where we grow only native varieties: Sangiovese, Fogliatonda, Canaiolo, Trebbiano, Malvasia. Most of our vineyards are over forty-five years old, while a small part was planted in the early 2000s. To date, we cultivate 6.5 hectares of vineyards and about 700 olive trees.

Since 2006, the entire winemaking process takes place at the farm, first by setting up a simple cellar equipped with the essential elements for winemaking, and then enriching it with increasingly efficient machinery that allows us to maintain high quality standards. However, modern and sophisticated equipment is only a support to our manual work, which always remains the greatest resource and an indispensable premise of our products.








Our production includes two white wines (both IGT Toscana), three red wines (Chianti DOCG, Chianti Riserva DOCG and IGT Toscana), and a fine Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a blend of the four varieties Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino.
We distribute our products in Italy and around the world. It is also possible to purchase them online writing us at info@poderealberese.it and directly at the farm, where you will be welcome for a tasting if you are in Siena area, so you will directly experience everything behind each bottle.
